This is an organic blend matcha made from all of our organic varieties: organic Ujihikari, organic Saemidori, and organic Samidori.
We have carefully blended mainly Ujihikari to bring out the umami, flavor and taste of each variety, which we know because we grow our own teas ourselves.

Making blended matcha from our own organic teas. This was our dream.
In Uji, where tea cultivation has been done since ancient times, each tea farmer's tea garden is often located next to each other, which makes it difficult to engage in organic cultivation.
However, with the global trend in favor of organic matcha, it is difficult for people around the world to enjoy our matcha made with traditional Uji tea cultivation methods if we do nothing. Therefore, we have started to cultivate our teas according to organic regulations, while still using the traditional Uji cultivation methods.
Starting with Samidori, then Ujihikari, and finally Saemidori, we have succeeded in producing matcha using organically grown tea with our own techniques. Finally, we were able to create an organic blend of these three varieties of matcha.

*Precautions for storage: Store away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. For long-term storage, refrigeration is recommended.
*Shelf life: 6 months if unopened and refrigerated. After opening, it is recommended to drink up as soon as possible within 2-3 weeks.
