Explanation of charges other than product price

Postage

*Sales tax will be charged when shipping within Japan.

 

Payment method

You can choose from credit card, Paypal and payment methods specified in Shopify.

 

Application expiration date

After completing your order, you will receive an automatic email immediately and an order confirmation email after confirming your order details at our shop.

If you do not receive the email from us within 3 days, your order may not have been completed or the email reception settings may be incomplete.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us at the address where you can receive emails from your computer.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellation after the ordering procedure is completed. (In the unlikely event that a cancellation occurs, you may be charged a fee for it.)

 

Defective

We ship after inspection, but if the outer box etc. is damaged, please contact us by e-mail with a picture of the actual product in advance within 7 days of delivery.

After confirming the product, we will send you a replacement.

In the unlikely event that the product is sold out, we will respond with a refund.

In either case, it must be unopened.

 

Sales quantity

The sales quantity is based on the number displayed in the shop. Although we try to update the stock status of our products from time to time, it may be sold out due to clerical work. Please understand in advance.

 

Prohibition of purchases for the purpose of resale

We strictly prohibit bulk purchasing for resale, redistribution, or any other suspected profit-making purposes.
If it is determined that you have resold for profit or attempted to do so, we reserve the right to refuse future orders at our discretion. Any orders already placed will be canceled.

 

Delivery time

We will ship within 3-7 business days.
*However, this does not apply to New Year's holidays, summer holidaysand peak season in spring.

We do not accept shipments outside business hours or reply to inquiries.
-Business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
-Closed : Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and on our designated days
 *All times are based on Japan time.

 

Payment deadline

For orders with various payments, the payment will be completed at the time of ordering. In the unlikely event that you refuse to receive the item after it has been shipped, or if your package returns due to your absence for a long period of time, we will consider that you do not intend to receive it and will cancel your order. In that case, we will charge the actual shipping cost and shipping fee for the round trip shipping. (Including the price of proof etc. for the request.)

If you are still unable to pay after contacting us for the payment request, we will proceed with the necessary procedures such as entrusting the payment request to a third party. Customers are responsible for any costs incurred at that time.

 

Return deadline

In case of damage to the outer box or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days after the item arrives. Items in stock will be exchanged, and items sold out will be returned.

Please note that we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges if the product is opened once or returned without contacting us, even if the product is returned except for defective products, or is delivered incorrectly.

The color of the actual product and the color in the image may differ slightly depending on the environment of your computer. Please acknowledge this before ordering.

 

Return shipping charges

We will bear the return fee for our reasons.

*If the package is returned due to the customer's missing address, mistakes, or long absence, etc., the actual shipping cost for returning the product and the actual shipping cost for re-sending will be charged.

 

Preservation method

Please store in a cool dark place away from direct sunlight.

Expiration date

6 months (if properly stored and unopened)
After opening, please finish drinking within 2-3 weeks promptly before changing the flavor.

Other notes

Tea is food. Do not use it for any purpose other than eating.
Also, we are not involved in any troubles that customers experience when drinking our products.

We cannot be held responsible for the quality of products purchased through resellers, unauthorized dealers, or other services.
