Application expiration date
After completing your order, you will receive an automatic email immediately and an order confirmation email after confirming your order details at our shop.
If you do not receive the email from us within 3 days, your order may not have been completed or the email reception settings may be incomplete.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us at the address where you can receive emails from your computer.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellation after the ordering procedure is completed. (In the unlikely event that a cancellation occurs, you may be charged a fee for it.)
Defective
We ship after inspection, but if the outer box etc. is damaged, please contact us by e-mail with a picture of the actual product in advance within 7 days of delivery.
After confirming the product, we will send you a replacement.
In the unlikely event that the product is sold out, we will respond with a refund.
In either case, it must be unopened.
Sales quantity
The sales quantity is based on the number displayed in the shop. Although we try to update the stock status of our products from time to time, it may be sold out due to clerical work. Please understand in advance.

We do not accept shipments outside business hours or reply to inquiries.
Payment deadline
For orders with various payments, the payment will be completed at the time of ordering. If you refuse to receive the item after shipping it, or if the package returns due to your absence for a long period of time, we will consider that you have no intention of receiving it and will cancel your order. In that case, we will bear the round trip shipping cost (actual cost) and the credit settlement fee, so the refund will be made with the amount subtracted.

In that case, we will charge the actual shipping cost and shipping fee for the round trip shipping. (Including the price of proof etc. for the request.)

Return deadline
In case of damage to the outer box or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days after the item arrives. Items in stock will be exchanged, and items sold out will be returned.
