100% Hand-picked first flush tea
This organic matcha is our new organic matcha, made from only hand-picked first flush tea leaves, which is rare in Japan.
We have our own unique tea cultivation and processing techniques that have won us the top prize in Japan. Using those techniques, we grow Saemidor in our own organic tea gardens, pick it by hand, finish it in our factory, and grind it in a stone mill.
The organic grown Saemidori, which we began cultivating in 2021, is given firm and strong shading, resulting in a matcha with a wonderful flavor.

Saemidori is a crossbreed of the Uji variety Asatsuyu and Yabukita. We grow it with our organic cultivation techniques so that everyone can enjoy its light and bright umami flavor. We hope YOU will enjoy it.
*Precautions for storage: Store away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. For long-term storage, refrigeration is recommended.
*Shelf life: 6 months if unopened and refrigerated. After opening, it is recommended to drink up as soon as possible within 2-3 weeks.
