100% Hand-picked first flush tea
This organic matcha is our new organic matcha, made from only hand-picked first flush tea leaves, which is rare in Japan.
We have our own unique tea cultivation and processing techniques that have won us the top prize in Japan. Using those techniques, we grow Uji variety Ujihikari in our own organic tea gardens, pick it by hand, finish it in our factory, and grind it in a stone mill.
The shading was designed to match young organic Ujihikari tea trees that we started growing in 2020, so you may be able to experience the natural flavor of the tea trees in this matcha only now.

This organic Ujihikari is our new organic matcha, newly grown in 2020 and the first we picked this season. Perhaps its flavor is a little punchy for a matcha we make. The organic Ujihikari trees are still young, and we have been shading them a little less this time around to encourage their growth. But we are confident that the gusto of flavor we are experiencing now will eventually transform into something wonderful as the years go by.
*Precautions for storage: Store away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. For long-term storage, refrigeration is recommended.
*Shelf life: 6 months if unopened and refrigerated. After opening, it is recommended to drink up as soon as possible within 2-3 weeks.
