Good quality green tea grown under a cover for about a month has an "Ooika" similar to the scent of fresh green seaweed. When Tencha, the raw material of Matcha, is brewed with water, its "sweetness" and "umami" spread in the mouth, and a pleasant scent remains in the nasal cavity. The taste of Tencha is different from that of Matcha and is exceptional.
We blended Tencha leaves of Saemidori and Usuore(leaf veins) of competition grade tea.

How to brew : Put 500 cc of soft water and 10g of Tencha (3 tablespoons) in a jug and chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
*Please adjust the amount of Tencha and water and the cooling time in the refrigerator according to your preference.
